The Information Technology Services Centre (ITSC) at the NIE offers a variety of services to the academic and non-academic communities of the NIE. The ITSC service arm does not just stop at managing and maintaining the NIE’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, and other hardware devices, system development, and technical support; it stretches to almost all corners of the NIE in areas like system recommendation, acquisition, installation, update, and maintenance of websites, social media platforms, ERP systems, providing training, providing support for software and applications, video conferencing platform maintenance, and subsequent maintenance.
