The Finance, Administration and support services is one of the largest divisions in the institute and is responsible for the smooth administrative and functional operations. The division provides professional advice and support on financial, administration and service matters relating to the achievement of the institution’s objectives. The Division comprises four (04) departments and two (02) units. The four departments are the Department of Administration & Human Resources, the Department of Finance, the Department of Engineering services and the Department of Printing & Publication. The two units are the Procurement Unit and the Transport Unit.

My staff and I attached to the Division of Administration Finance and Support Services play a pivotal role and are responsible for providing services for the smooth running of the Institute. We are honored to be of service in key areas such as Human Resource Management, ensuring a pleasant and fair work environment for everyone of the Institute, as well as ensuring the Institute financial commitments are met through acquisition of funds and good stewardship of financial resources. We also oversee the smooth day-to-day operational services such as the transportation of staff, building and premises maintenance ensuring the safety and security of our staff.
